Large Vintage Mohair Bear named "Gwen" circa 1930's

This very large teddy has seen so many things in her time, if only she could tell.

She has been very well cared for as her condition is superb for her age and likely just one previous guardian.

She is all original, however her original pads have been restored (not replaced) with an overlay of acrylic paint, (traditional method).
Her nose area has also received a small amount of stitching to repair a hole, done by Ted's Bears Hospital, here on site.
The feet area has been previously stitched to repair some fraying, I have decided to leave as is, to retain the structure.

Approximately 65cm tall with a Marylin style dress, which suits are perfectly.
